Scope of Legal Services

General legal advice and counsel on the immigration status and possible remedies available to clients.

Assistance to eligible clients with the preparation of various immigrants petitions and applications, including but not limited to, applications for naturalization, family-based immigration, asylum, and victims of domestic abuse.

Educational “know your rights” workshop for immigrants.

Referrals to other legal service providers and private immigration attorneys in cases in which we cannot provide representation.

Legal representation on a case by case basis for individuals currently in removal proceedings before the immigration court.

What we don’t provide:

Immigration counsel in the area of employment-based immigration law, but we may refer clients to outside counsel for assistance.
Representation of detained individuals.
