Read: Psalm 107:1-3, 17-22
I wonder sometimes where I would be without the goodness and grace of our Lord.I have faced some trials and anxiety in my life with school, relationships, health and career stemming from the fear of the what ifs, that have caused me to become aware that if I am able to stop overthinking and leave it to God, my “issues” will be handled. These trials may not turn out the way I planned or expected, but he has brought people and circumstances offering various choices (transformation you might say), that have helped me to cope and make the best choices for me. These changes may happen suddenly, or it might have taken a little while for me to accept and to invest my time and energy. But I know, following God’s plan, I am loved unconditionally, I am never alone, I have everything I need in God, I have been given a purpose, I can accomplish great things in his name, and lastly I have been given unique gifts that make me the person I am today. Letting the people who believe in the Lord tell their story is the declaration of living in the presence of God, and sharing the experience that giving a testimony can and possibly will give some relief. However, the “others” who are considered fools will be sick because of their lack of believing and their sinful ways. But God is a forgiving God and listens when they call out and cry. When he spoke, they were transformed, and healed. His gathering of people from east to west, from north and south was and is a call to all God’s people to globally give thanks for his steadfast love and protection. Trust in the Lord and give thanks for his unconditional love. Angela Glenn Comments are closed.
